Christmas Wish List 2012

It feels like yesterday I was posting my Christmas wish list for 2011 and here we are again!

Longchamp Le Pliage (medium!)
I have a small & large which I have to admit I love but underutilize.
I think the Medium might just be the perfect size I'm looking for. Black is where its at.

I am in some serious need for a new running shoe preferable in an obnoxiously bright color!  Nike Lunar's have never done me wrong! (8.5,  thanks :) )
I need a WANT a whole new makeup brush set, but I'll settle for this Sigma Flat Kabuki in my stocking!

My MAC Skinfinish in medium plus is running low,  LIVE by this stuff!!

Thanks to my amazing husband I have some beautiful jewelry but now I need a place where I can store it.  I love that this Pottery Barn jewelry storage organizer is see through too so I can keep my favorite pieces visable!

I'll prob need this Michele watch to put in that jewelry box too while we are at it.. Hey one can dream right?! ;)

Max & Chloe monogramed necklace. I just LOVE flashing my new initials!

Back to shoes... Hunter Jena Flats!!! These wittle hunters couldn't get any stinkin' cuter!

In all honesty, my xmas wish list was hard for me to compile this year, which is VERY unlike me!
It's just crazy to think that just 3 months ago Eddie & I weren't even planning on making the trip back to Boston for the holiday and now here we are, not only making it home for the holiday but MOVING home for it. I have a lot on my mind these days and as much as I would LOVE ANY and ALL of the above. I'm just very thankful for life working itself out for us.

Ending note... Can I give myself a pat on the back right now and boast that I have already mailed out our Christmas cards?!

Woodinville/Bday weekend!

So something amazing happened gosh almost 2 weeks ago now!
So I turned 21!
OMG YES. finally!

kidding!
I turned 28, head hung low... 30 is CREEPIN!!

Anywayyyyyy. Something amazing DID happen. Eddie & all of my friends out here in the Pac NW conspired against me and planned one of my most epic bday celebrations to date.

It started with having my college bff and savior Jocelyn fly out here to SURPRISE me! This girl flew alllll the way from Boston to surprise ME! I felt pretty special.
My coworker/seattle-best was in cahoots with my husband to make it all go down smoothly. They surprised me at Hillards, a new brewery in the Ballard neighborhood which I HIGHLY recommend.

The following day my huz gathered all of our friends together to wine taste our way through Woodinville, something that has been on my bucket list since we moved out here!!

Miss Jocie & I at the first tasting. A gorgeous little place DeLille Cellar

I LOVED this place and highly recommend going for a tasting. They had heated tents with cute rustic
light fictures hanging. The wine wasn't too shabby either I think multiple people in our group bought a few bottles here.

Such a bittersweet day for me. I LOVE each of these girls so much. It was great to spend time together knowing I was leaving in a few short weeks!

The whole wine crawl crew.

On to the next tasting at Efeste. Keeping it classy with the BL's in the Caddy (Cadillac, DUH we are ballers!) !

Efeste was cute, definitely not one of my favorites of the day. They did have an open kitchen in the tasting room where they did cooking demos which I'm sure would be fun to attend!

Moving ON.

This place was hands down the showstopper of the wine tour!

It may've had something to do with the serious cheese platter.. or the fact that the wine was some of the best I have ever tasted! The South African owners were quite the hostesses!

Tasting in the barrel room!

Gorgeous Woodinville! OH how I'm gonna miss you!!

After Betz all gloves were off. We were in a full blown purple lip frenzy.

Our next tasting at Alexandria Nicole Cellars was all down hill, but that doesn't mean we didn't have the best time!

The real mess ensued when we ended our night at Red Hook..

nuh-nights (this pic isn't any larger for your benefit).

And that my friends was my best birthday celebration to date!!!!!

Farewell Sweet Seattle!!

So, after much much much much much thought.

Ed & I have decided our time in the Pacific Northwest is coming to an end.
It's been an amazing just about 3 years but we are READY to move back to Massachusetts and start a new chapter of our lives.
It's definitely not going to be an easy transition, as no move is. I love Seattle and part of me was not ready to leave at all, but would I ever be?! I mean who looks forward to a cross country move anyway!

We've met amazing people on this side of the country and Seattle will always hold a huge part of my heart.

Seattle you damn won me over, and I'm going to miss the crap outta you!

Eddie & I the first week we moved here.. actual picture was from Portland as we stayed there a few days first before parking our butts in Seattle.

Eddie & I now... 3 years and a lot has changed, we came to Seattle as 2 CRAZY kids in love and we are leaving a semi-sane married couple! ;)
